Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mission Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, addressing
inquiries related to portal functionality, API integrations, sensor
capabilities, and data workflows
Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to translate customer
requirements into actionable feedback for the engineering team
Develop and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, and other
resources to empower customers and minimize repetitive
inquiries
Qualifications
Experience in maritime domain awareness, defense, or government
sectors
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira or
Confluence
Knowledge of API standards, data visualization tools, or geospatial
analysis
Strong foundation in data engineering, software development, or
related fields, with hands-on experience in APIs, sensors, or
similar technologies
Knowledge of intelligence analysis workflows, platforms, or
software tools used by analysts
