Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Optimization Engineer to
enhance financial processes through automation and data-driven
analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and implement automation opportunities within financial
processes using robotic process automation (RPA) tools
Design and integrate RPA solutions with financial systems and data
warehouses to optimize workflows
Analyze financial processes to identify inefficiencies and
implement continuous improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration,
Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field
3-7+ years of experience in process optimization or financial
operations
Experience with Lean Six Sigma and financial process automation
Proficiency in RPA tools and knowledge of reporting tools like
Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of financial workflows and regulatory
requirements
