Job Description:

Agricultural Engineer (McAllen, TX), Duties incl: Assure consistent quality of our fruit by supervising & monitoring our supply chain; Provide documentation & reports regarding our quality & logistics; Accomplish quality assurance by improving the supply chain process; Achieve quality assurance operational objectives by contributing info & analysis to strategic quality plans & reviews; Identify critical control points & dvlp quality assurance plans for those points; Estab product specs & quality attributes; Write & updt quality assurance procedures; Maintain & improve product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance & surveillance audits; Eval all aspects of our logistic operation; Collab w/other members of mgmt to dvlp new engrg dsgns, manufacturing & training methods; Prep quality documentation & reports by collecting, analyzing & summarizing info incl failed processes, recalls, corrective actions & re-validations; Updts job knowledge by studying dvlpmnts in quality mgmt; Enhance dept & org.
