Key Responsibilities
Lead strategy development and execution for ads marketplace,
auction, and pricing initiatives
Develop algorithms to enhance the efficiency of the ads

Oversee end-to-end machine learning workflows for marketplace
optimization
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product development, with 5+ years in
marketplace optimization
Strong knowledge of ads marketplace optimization and auction
mechanisms
Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed
computing
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming
languages
Proven technical leadership in cross-functional settings
