Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Financial Services (Back
Office).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily duties and performance metrics of the Back Office
team
Review and submit monthly reports while handling client escalations
and inquiries
Coordinate training for new hires and lead projects for financial
reporting solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
3-5 years of relevant experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Experience in student loan servicing and account reconciliations
preferred
Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a criminal background
check
