Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Actuary to join their
Actuarial & MedEcon team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and troubleshoot complex scripts and reports using SQL,
Excel, or other analytics tools
Create and maintain pricing models and risk mitigation strategies
for various actuarial analyses
Interpret and analyze data to evaluate medical cost trends and
contract performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics,
Statistics, or a related field
Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) certification is
required
4-7 years of actuarial experience in healthcare focusing on pricing
and claims trending
Expertise in actuarial modeling, statistical analysis, and
predictive analytics
Proficiency in SQL and/or Python programming
